It sounds like she is feeling confused right now. Maybe she has been hurt before and is afraid of being close to you. A lot of people push the people they care about the most away because they are afraid of getting so close and then they leave you. It may or may no make her feel better to be in a relationship with you. That all depends on how she feels but if you guys are already at the point of saying I love you why are you in a committed relationship yet? Talk it over with her and tell her your not going anywhere that your here for her and tell her you want to know whats going on in her head. Just listen.
