I have a crush at work. We talk here and there. Because of the fact we only see each other at work, its hard to keep in touch.

If you have talked to her before and made a friendship then yes. If you haven't then no wait tell you made contact and talk to her then wait and don't add her the first day because thats kind of awkward because then she can tell your kind of stalking her.
