I think you should ask her if she feels anything for you. In my opinion, I would say that if she was interested in you she would pay more attention to you and would not leave you for another guy. I think that she is trying to make the other guy jealous for her and that is why she keeps somewhat talking to you.I also think that you should try to get to know the other girl a little bit more. Maybe the other girl is shy only around you bacause she may feel something for you. So first try to understand and ask the first girl than act.
