You can just add a standard HTML link on your web page that goes to the Facebook or Twitter page you want people to see in their browser when link is clicked. Nothing special there as it will be the URL shown in your browser's address field.
Text Link: <p><a href="URL path to FB page" title="Mouseover Description">Link Text Description</a></p> You can change the "p" tags to div tags and style as needed.
