So tempted to text my boyfriend? Help!?

I spoke to my ex a couple of months back as a FRIEND (I know it was stupid) and my boyfriend found out and lost trust in me. Ever since, he brings up the past all the time, splits up with me and then gets back with me. He's convinced I'm lying all the time, and he says if I don't tell him the truth then we aren't getting back together.. But I have nothing to admit to?! He's so convinced I'm lying about stuff, when I'm not. Anyway, my boyfriend split up with me 2 days ago, I begged him and he told me to leave him alone and blocked me, then the next morning UNBLOCKED me. But he hasn't been in contact? Does he expect me to text him and beg for him back? I'm so tempted to text him but I always do the chasing!!!! Will he come running back?!
Also, I deleted facebook in our relationship so he could trust that I'm not speaking to any one else... Should I get it back? Do I add him? Do I text him or will he come running?!! HELP!!!!!!!!!
We have been together a year. I love him very much.
