He's manipulating you. If he lost trust in you just because you spoke to an ex then he has some serious trust issues, and it sounds like he's punishing you for nothing now. Breaking up and getting back together all the time is very unhealthy and you should stay away from him. I know you love him, but is it really worth all the pain he's causing you?
