How do i gain more subscribers on youtube?

Im thinking in starting an youtube channel too! And i know a good way of gaining real subscribers.

You can go to this site called YouNow. You can broadcast live and you can link your youtube account to your YouNow account so when your Broadcasting people can easily subscribe to you. You can also Link Twitter and Facebook too. (And alot of youtubers use YouNow. Site: http://www.younow.com

You can also go in famous ppls/youtubers videos and comment for other ppl to go check your channel out... but comment in other ppl who also make beauty videos like Zoella, SprinkleofGlitter and ect... There are alot of ppl on the comments.
