Why doesn't Yahoo! Answers become more like Twitter, where they have "celebrity" accounts?

The need for celebrities is an American trend as the USA has no Royal Persons.. so they turn ordinary folk into Icons and put them on pedestals, and when they make mistakes,(like normal people do), they get pelted with eggs. (Tiger Woods recent case)
