Internet connection problems?

If others are having no problem then it seems that the router is OK

Try the following: ( you don't say which Operating System you are using )

Vista / Win 7
Start > type in ....cmd ....right click on cmd.exe that appears top left of screen
Then click on "Run as Administrator"

Win 8
Open a Search Box - type in ....command prompt > right click on the box that appears below then ..
click on "Run as Administrator"

All Systems ...
At the prompt type ....
ipconfig /release ...ENTER .....[ there is a space after ipconfig ]
Then type ...
ipconfig /release

Then type ...
ipconfig /flushdns

Try the connection again - if there is still a problem .....
go back to the command prompt ( run as administrator )
Type in ....... netsh winsock reset ...ENTER

Try the connection again ....

If still a problem ...

Command prompt again ...
netsh int ip reset reset.log .....ENTER

There are numerous things than can cause this.
