Unless you displayed information about your whereabouts publicly or told him in private, No he cannot. He might track you down using your IP, but then it will show the location of the nearest ISP server you are connected to (often about 50KM away from you)

To check you ISP server location: http://www.ip-adress.com/ip_tracer/
