What kind of device do I need to turn radio internet into wifi at home?

You basically just need a wireless router or access point.

The "radio internet" (wireless internet that uses a different frequency that is not 802.11x), will manage the connection between your receiver and your ISP. Your receiver should have a WAN port. Simply hook that WAN port up to your wireless router/access point (WAN) and you should be good to go.
