Wait for a time when it is the least crowded and ask for his number and hand him your phone, and hopefully when he enters his name he'll put in his last name too so he won't think it's weird that you know his last name. Start texting a lot and maybe he'll ask you out but if not don't be afraid to ask him in person. If he's been flirting with you too then it won't be bad if he's put on the spot because he'll want to.
