It's very easy,you just need to download My WIFI Router for the computer connected to a wireless network. My WIFI Router software can change it to be a hotspot,other devices can connect to the wireless network as well.Also it's totally free.You can try to download it from softpedia http://www.softpedia.com/get/Network-Too...uter.shtml
