I'm Tired of my single life..?

Hi I'm a 17 year old male, never had any close interaction with any female before, never kissed a girl never had a girlfriend in my life, people say I'm a decent looking guy and extremly fit 6 pack big arms shoulders etc, I have been complemented by a lot of girls about how fit I am, not trying to boast here. I can't seem to make a single female friend at all, it's like I can't keep a conversation at all and I can't even keep eye contact no matter what.. I feel like I'm missing out a lot because all my friends get girls easily while I'm always the third wheel for some reason.. Everyone asks me why don't you get a girlfriend? And I just reply by idk because I don't want to sound like that desperate guy who just wants a girlfriend..
I always feel stressed whenever I see my friends with girls and I get so sad when my friends ditch me to hangout with their girlfriends and I'm like why me.. How do they do it. What's the secret behind it.. I don't have a single female friend at all
