The displayed ads are being served up by Google so mywebsearch.com is probably a search advertising partner you would reach with Adwords ads.

One digital advertising service reported that mywebsearch represents 1.5% of Google AdWords traffic their clients were getting.

The 2nd or perhaps 3rd tier 7Search is one source of cheap ads, you can lower bids down to 1 cent after an initial default 5 cents (last time I tried it) Cheap yes, not sure if you actually get leads out of the network loaded with fraudulent low quality sites.
