Will 1.9 GHz play Netflix in HD?

I would opt for more RAM (6GB). It is easy to manage storage space using a portable hard disk or flash drives. My Ultrabook has a 128 GB SSD, and I don't have problems.

AS far as HD Netflix, More will depend on the speed of your Internet connection than the speed of the laptop. Go here and test your download speed. http://speedtest.net

Netflix requires a minimum of 3 Mbps for DVD quality and 5 Mbps for HD. https://support.netflix.com/en/node/306

You also might want to look into a ROKU. Much simpler, I even use them on my smart TVs, because the interface and remote are simple and easier to use. They have a new HDMI streaming stick. http://isp1.us/blog/roku-2-xs-1080p-stre...er-review/

Good Luck.
