Someone has set up a facebook profile using my sons name and photo,is it illegal?
I have reported it to facebook as a fake profile but they havn't removed it yet.We can't access the information on the profile as we can't see it.Could we contact the Police because it could contain anything and it's in my sons name and has his photo.
