Look first rule to be friends with guys, don't be desperate. Don't shout I wanna be friends with guys. Secondly get acne medication, or even tooth paste to dry your skin out. Once that is done, wear makeup that highlights your features. Thirdly get into sports, guys love girls that have a nice body work and and even know a little thing or two about sports. Be yourself but be a 'better looking' yourself, as I like to say, guys are shallow they want to be around pleasant things, so once you work on yourself you'll gain confidence and the'll be attracted to that. Sites you can use just google you'll find tons, or go on tumblr or pinterest.
