Yes it is. She has reveled in a recent interview that the door has opened for her next album, and she has started writing it. I expect her to be back to her normal Gaga when the tour starts, she just needs to rest and she is probably really tired from traveling the world promoting her newest album "Born This Way". Her new album should drop this year.
