Making people smile..?

In Thailand it is the expected norm to smile. In Europe is it something considered unnatural. In Thailand there must be a reason if someone is not smiling, and in Europe there must be a reason for someone to be smiling. Both things are "unnatural" in the other environment.

Many people do not understand that smiling is an action, not only reaction. And all action have results. And the results of smiling are very positive, pleasant and useful.
