facebook privacy isn't working somehow my family can see what i comment on other peoples post?

Go to your wall, every time you comment on another's profile, and you can "delete activity." There's no setting to actually remove your activity. Maybe bring it to Facebook's attention that you want something like this. If they get enough complaints about it, they should put in a setting to do so automatically.
