Follow people that have similar interests as you! Like look down your fave celebs list and follow the interesting ones. Or think up some interesting tweets that could maybe get retweeted. Ask your followers questions, then their followers will notice you and check you out. But most of all just be yourself! Hope I helped :] p.s, if they don't follow you back over a period of time, don't bother following them. Unless they're a celeb of course!
