Twitter slang: what does this mean?
Ok well I was on Bruno Mars' twitter page and he wrote this:
A girl walks up to me and says "you look like that singer" I say "Bruno mars?" She replies "ill hell no" #KindaHurts

What does #KindaHurts mean?

I clicked the link and it just took me to a page where other people have said the same quote.
WHAT IS IT!?
Lol but why does it have a link?
why can't it just be in normal writing and whats with the # sign
