How can people who aren't your friends on facebook still view your profile?

Well, anyone on Facebook can view your Display Picture. However, your boss can't view your profile, if you have the Privacy Settings changed to "Only friends can view my profile". If you have your Privacy Settings set to "Allow everyone to fully see my profile", then he can view your pictures.
