If you are BUYING them, they are NOT real. Get that through your head. There are a lot of like exchange sites where you can buy likes or whatever. They will not be real people, they will not activly follow your page. The ONLY thing that is good for is to simply make the number look higher, which makes it more likely for actual real people to hit the like button as well. It adds social proof, it does NOT add activity and people to your page.

Now what you *could* do is run an advertising campaign where you buy an ad placement, and then let people come to you through that. If there is anyone out there actually delivering real likes for money, that is what they are doing - streamlining an advertising process and then selling it to you as buying likes instead of an ad campaign.
