Account locked and mobile phone number has changed so can't verify my ID, what do I do now ?
My mail account has been locked for an unknown reason by Yahoo and I'm being asked to verify my identity. The mechanism presented will send a validation code to a mobile phone or a nominated email address but unfortunately I have just changed jobs and had to surrender my work mobile and email account which are the ones logged in my mail account for this purpose. Seems to be a catch 22 situation, does anyone know how I can get the account reinstated please ? Alternatively is there a way to contact customer support at Yahoo for assistance ? Thanks.
