How do I reply to someone who posts on my Facebook page? (public page, not personal profile)?
I created a facebook page for my mom's local business, but when 'fans' write on the page, I don't get any notifications and there is no option to reply to the poster. it only says 'report'. I'm an admin, why can't I reply?
