Yes. It's because people are afraid to stand out from the crowd. They are afraid of ridicule so they blend in like clones. I really appreciate people who make the effort to be themselves and not like sheep who must follow the herd.
Usually, I can stand being around cookie cutter people for about a 15 minutes, then I just want to get away from them. This is why I do not understand how masses of people can be on their cell phones all the time, or Twitter. And I cant stand how boring Facebook, Formspring and MySpace are.
