Why do white people judge others by hair color?

The person can be so butt ugly but oh lord if they have blonde hair they are automatically attractive to society..I dont get it. You dont hear black people saying oh hey chocolate, caramel, mocha or asians saying oh hey banana,lemon etc cuz of there skin

Do white people do this to make it seem like they are something special?
Ive seen black people people with naturally curly red,blonde and brown hair so what gives.
