I&#x27;m sorry to say this, but you need more infromation than that to think that he likes you. There are always two possibilities that he is acting like that:
Choice 1: When he said happy birthday to you on facebook he was probably being nice and probably not interested

Choice 2: He likes you but is too shy to want to be your partner and his friend is getting in the way. The is he really wants to be with you but is a shy guy. But he was brave enough to say happy birth day to you on facebook. And he is probably talking about you right now if he likes you.
