my boss sneaked up behind me while I was updating my FB status, can I sue?
He was totally invading my privacy and being rude for sneaking up and see what I am doing. Can I sue his company for allowing this? I feel violated and then he was harassing me for being on FB, I totally want to quit and sue his company for violating my rights
