He deleted me off of facebook but he is still listed on my friend's list?

Try checking if he's your friend on your friend list while on your computer. If he is, just wait it out, maybe, two or three days, and see if he gets deleted. If he doesn't, you'll have to contact the Facebook developers, and have them remove him for you.
