If what you mean is to get your website indexed by the search engines, you may submit your site url to each of the main search engines. However, even if you don't do it, after a couple of weeks or so, these search engines will pick up and index your website but it might take longer.

Now if you want to have more visibility in the search results ranking better, you may go for Search Engine Optimization services.
