*Don't eat heavy meals right before sleep.
* Avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol. * Cut out all sourcesof of sound and light as you may be sensitive to either or both. * Apparently drinking cherry juice is good for making you feel sleepy. * Listening to white noise if anxiety or negative thoughts are keeping you up. You can download it or get an app for it or simply listen to a radio station with no signal. * Listen to relaxation tapes. * Curl your toes, hold for a few seconds and release. Keep repeating this and it helps to relax your mind and body. Hope this helps and sweet dreams |
