I would try all the major networking sites, such as Myspace, Facebook, Wireclub, Twitter. If you can't find him there, try the yellow pages, or simply just try googling him. If you know where he lives, try searching on the interent for his phone number. I recently discovered my biological father, and I too, did not have the money to use sites that make you pay. Good Luck!
