i don't think so...i mean they willingly buy the food and eat it on their own...nobody forced them to do it. its addictive so its like they have to quit and quit again. call it corporate americas fault but too many people are hooked to start a ban...other than that..they can't be sued unless they were banned and then ran a black market.
