"Twitter over capacity" What does this mean and how can you fix it?
Every time on Twitter I go to either go to change my background on my profile or change my profile picture after it says its uploaded, a page comes up saying either "Twitter overloaded" or "Twitter over capacity". What does this mean and how do you fix it because its been doing it for weeks now and its very annoying more than anything. If you could help me out, that would mean a lot, thanks. Smile
