What are some good Universities on the east coast for International Relations?

You cannot get employed in that field without a PhD.

Regardless, BAs in international relations from any college, be it Harvard or the University of Alabama, are all the same. All BA programs are the same everywhere, basically.

Try and switch to education. So you can get a job as a teacher.
