*HELP!* How can i get over her?

If I'm completely honest to myself deep down I know my life completely revolves around her and it has done so for almost 3 years now. I check her Facebook every now and then if I haven't spoken to her to see if I can figure out why, I'm a lot more interested in her life than she is about mine. About 6 months ago I got to the point where I was happy and content as I knew she would never be mine, I stopped paying interest in her and moved on.

BUT since that point unaware to me she figured I liked her and used me because she didn't have another choice to go to prom with and I've found all this out since. She doesn't like me at all, I heard her saying how there would "be so much more boys at college next year" and she goes on about other boys and flirts with them and is interested in their statuses on Facebook etc but she doesn't care at all about me. Since I've been going with her we had a 2 month period where we didn't even speak to each other. I'm so depressed and she even said that I am ugly (in other words) and she would never consider anything more than friendship with me. I've watched about 20 romcoms so I have stuff to talk about with her, I started going to her running club because she asked me and have done countless other things for her when she has never even considered doing anything for me. I did lots of other things and I have really low self-esteem right now. I nkow its ever so cliche but this girl truly was my world for about 2 years and 6 months. I got to the point where I was happy that we weren't ever going to be together as we never spoke and now since she's got closer to me and played me so well, I know who she really is and I despise her but I don't know why I still have such strong contrasting feelings for her and it's taking over my life!?
