Forgot my yahoo password and I can't reset it! HELP.?

I made this new email about 8 days ago for twitter so that I don't get spammed on my real one but the problem is, I forgot the password for it. orz
I'm trying to reset it but I keep on getting this message-

WHY DO I KEEP GETTING THIS. OTL

I kept an alternate email but never verified it and when I tried yesterday it was expired and I don't know how to resend it. I'm guessing that I have to log into the new email where I forgot my password. orz
I don't really want to contact yahoo or customer service so, is there any other way to reset my password?
