Can you sue someone for a virus accidentally shared via like facebook for hacking your phone?
I'm asking for a friend and need to know if someone can sue you for a virus accidentally hacking someone's account through their phone when they accidentally shared one of those stupid facebook viruses?? I don't think they can but can anyone confirm this and give the reasons as to why they would or wouldn't be able to. Thank you.
