dozens of reasons for that.
easiest one to fix is = GET OFF the computer 1 -2 hours before sleeping. Proven to disrupt the sleep functions. keep a Dark room keep a Cool room, drink a 8 oz of water (nothing else) 1 hour b4 sleep. use ear plugs. any night light equipment turn away from u or cover with tape. turn OFF phones - no really. your brain does get addicted to it being on. will wake u to check on it. Get a set time to sleep. with in a 30 minute window +or - 15min. |
