no they shouldnt :
Reason number 1: no one forced them to consume all of that fatty foods. number 2: how can it be proven that it was only the meal from said resturant that made this person obese number 3: when the consumer saw that their wight was getting out of control it is the consumer who has to say no i cant eat this .. The resturant is not going to say that you have consumed to many hamburgers and we cant serve you any longer a) because that would be an offensive comment and leaves the company to become in some sort of legal issue. |
