well the way our system is setup, people are allowed to sue over pretty much anything they want.
Should they be allowed to win, HELL NO!!! Take responsibility for your actions. Fast food is not healthy and everyone knows that (maybe) but should they be sued for it, NO? Then whats to stop someone from suing any company that creates an unhealthy product. Candy, alcohol, cigarettes, anyone who makes fried products, ice cream vendors, hot dog manufacturers, etc.. where does it stop? We are humans and we have the right to choose what we eat and if we make bad choices we have to live with them. |
