No. Fast food isn't any more to blame than wholesome food. In fact, some fast food is quite wholesome. Food is necessary, but particular kinds of preparation of food doesn't make it addictive, like tobacco, alcohol, crack, heroine, or synthetic pain-killers.
Plenty of people only eat fast food, but because they're active, they don't get fat. |
