Why are liberals suddenly opposed to citizens protesting their government, even calling it fascism and treason?

Is this a serious question? This question seems to be referring to the Tea-party movement. We're not against protesting the government [you ignoramous], but rather protesting based on fallacious assumptions. Just because Rush Limbaugh says it's true, doesn't mean it's true. These tea-partyers rush to conservative leaders for the need of opinion as if they don't have one themselves. They're sheep; and that's what I'm against.
