i will always have faith the courts will and can sort this out do i think he did it No. but im not on the jury! or in the court to make my vote count. but i will say this and it is a fact that the media making statements of judgement rather then fact will not help this case be sorted the right way. it in its own will turn peoples minds from what can be proven in court of guilt or innocents, there for he will not get a fair trial and that is not fair at all. the man that was accused of the Olympic bombing was guilty to the media there for he was guilty to the public.. come to find out he was not the bomber and his life was there forth trashed due to the mistakes media and FBI made. it does no one is perfect mistakes will happen. and could be another mistaken ID yet again we may never know the full truth of what went down that day.but i will say this to put him up for death in a state that does not have such things is wrong no matter what the crime you should not force a death plea on anyone in such a state that is saying i dont care if the people agree or not we are the government and if we want him dead he will be dead shouldn't the jury/judge and people of the state make that claim it is their state and if they dont agree with murdering someone for even a crime such as this then how can it be forced ? just my thoughts is all
