If you have tried everything and can't get your facebook lookback video to repost by following any of the already stated solutions, try this:

This way will allow you to save your facebook lookback to your computer, and then you can simply post it to your own wall like you would any other video or picture.

Here’s an easy way to save your facebook look back video for saving/sharing outside of facebook.

1. Go to https://gist.github.com/xadhix/8802624.

2. Copy [Ctrl+C] the 10 lines of code listed under “Facebook Look Back Downloader.”

3. Go to https://www.facebook.com/lookback in a Chrome Browser. [Don't have Chrome? Get it here] (and its worth downloading for the 3 minutes it'll take to do this)

4. Click the menu bars in upper right hand corner and select Tools > Javascript Console. A window will pop on top or bottom of the browser window.

5. Paste the code [Ctrl+V] into the box that popped up and hit Enter.

6. A link will pop up. Click “HERE”.

7. A Window will pop up with your video. Right click the mouse on top of your video. Select “Save Video As”

8. Name it and save it on your computer. Now it’s yours.

You can upload it to facebook to share it. Or to Youtube. Or just save it on your computer.

H/T to Scott Monty for the link to the downloader.

Same problem, on Firefox. I can only hope it's an oversight like the sharing problem it had earlier, that will be addressed soon?

If anyone has gotten it back on firefox, please help us fellows out.

IPhone users that have deleted the video:

Have you tried accessing the video on a computer using a different browser?

Have you tried clearing your Safari history on your phone?
(WARNING: This will clear your logins and passwords, as well as browsing history)
-Log out of Facebook
-Settings
-Safari
-Clear History and then Clear Cookies and Data

Log back into Facebook and try following the video link again:
http://m.facebook.com/lookback

If you can see your video, but the "Share Video" button doesn't show, try this link:
http://m.facebook.com/lookback/share

I am curious to know if this works for anyone.

Like I said though... It will clear your saved browser passwords, websites, and login IDs... you will just have to enter them in again.

I was able to download my video on Firefox.
First you need to not close your browser or clear your cache since you watched the video.
1. In Firefox, type "about:cache" into the URL field and enter
2. Click the "List Cache Entries" button under the "Disk Cache Device" field.
3. Do a search for mp4. I found a few and the one closest to the time I viewed my video ended up being the correct link. It looks like https://lookbackvideo4-a.akamaihd.net/hv...-frc3.mp4? ... I opened the link in a new tab, clicked the link, and the video played in its own tab. I went to File, Save As, and saved the .mp4 file

Did it work for you? Did I earn $20?

I deleted mine as well! Which I now really regret. Wanted to make a correction in what I said when I posted it. But it wouldn't let me Edit it, so I planned on deleting it & then reposting it. But, well... that didn't work out so well. I posted it & deleted it on my Android phone app. Does anyone know how I can get it back to repost it? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
