Is there anyway that someone could find out if you stalk their twitter profile?

I've basically been stalking my crushes public Twitter page. I don't have a Twitter account. I read his Tweets and sometimes click on them to see who favorited them.
Today when I went on his page he had changed his bio to "Nothing to see here". It freaked me out..that he might know that I've been looking at his page.

HELP! Could he know??

No he won't know unless you favorite/retweet something from months ago. But you dont have an account so no need to worry. Unless he snoops through your history lol
