Is there an app to track the time I spend on Facebook?

Hello,

I would like to calculate precisely how much time during the day Facebook or, if possible, any other web page is open on my PC. And I do not need just apps that calculate approximately, but I need precisely. Like I may spend 5 mins one day and 4 hours the other. And let's say after a month I would like to know how much I've spent in total.

Is there any such wonder? Thanks!
